What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of the website of 3walls Ltd — 9 HaHashmonaim St, Gan Yavne 7086809, Israel, info@3walls.org, +972-54-496-4276 — and to everyone who browses it.
This site is not a contract of sale. Nothing here is an order, a booking or a purchase, and no transaction is concluded on it. Installing an immersive room, producing content, or any other work we carry out is governed by a separate agreement signed with the client; what is written on this site neither overrides nor adds to it.
What personal information reaches us through the site, and what we do with it, is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — the text, images, video, graphics, design and interactive experiences — belongs to 3walls Ltd or to those who licensed it to us. That includes the tutorials and articles carried over to this site from the company's previous site.
The 3walls name and logo are the company's marks.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may:
- Browse and read the site, and use its interactive experiences for personal use.
- Link to pages on the site.
- Quote a short passage from the content, with attribution and a link to the source.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, publish or distribute content from the site, in whole or in part.
- Make any commercial use of the content.
- Scrape the site automatically, place undue load on it, or attempt to break into it or the services behind it.
- Use any of our enquiry channels to send commercial mail, spam or abusive content.
The interactive experiences are illustrative
The room, the globe, the console and the other experiences on this site exist to show what an immersive space can do. They are not an exact simulation of a system installed for you: what you actually get depends on the size of the space, the number of projectors, the hardware and the content, and all of those are settled in the project agreement.
The content on this site, including guides and technical explanations, is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose of yours, and we do not warrant that the site will be continuously available or free of faults.
Links to external sites
The site links to sites we do not control — among them the company's pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and the site 3wallsroom.com. We are not responsible for the content that appears on them, for their privacy practices, or for their availability. A link is not an endorsement of what appears on the site it points to.
Limitation of liability
Use of this site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law permits, 3walls Ltd, its employees and those acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the site, from reliance on content on it, or from its unavailability.
Nothing here derogates from a right that the law does not allow to be contracted out of, and nothing here limits liability for personal injury or for a wilful act.
Governing law
These terms and the use of this site are governed by Israeli law. No exclusive forum is fixed here, and jurisdiction lies with the court competent under that law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date shown on it is the date it was last revised. Using the site after an update means accepting the updated text.
