Who we are
3walls Ltd, 9 HaHashmonaim St, Gan Yavne 7086809, Israel. Email: info@3walls.org · Phone: +972-54-496-4276
This document explains what personal information reaches us through this site, what we do with it, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to ask to see it, correct it or have it deleted.
What we collect
We ask for personal information when you contact us, or when you choose to email yourself a planning notebook or a game from the room creator. The contact form asks for three things:
- Name
- Message — free text
Only the email address is required. Name and message are optional, and an enquiry sent without them reaches us normally.
The miniature reception alongside the form offers preset dialogue choices and direct contact links. These choices do not collect personal information and are not included in your enquiry.
Planning notebook: if you choose to have a planning document sent by email, we receive your email address, your optional name and project name, the notebook answers, and whether you asked our team to follow up about the planning. We also record the source page's pathname, a submission identifier used to recognize retries, the submission time, and email delivery outcomes. How much of this we then keep, and whether any of it reaches our team, depends on the optional checkbox described under "Why we collect it, and on what basis" below. Only the email address is required; the notebook may be partially completed or blank. Providing this information is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot send the planning document. Filling in the notebook itself sends nothing to us; the planning document is sent only when you click to send it. Please avoid including students' names or sensitive personal information.
Along with the enquiry we also record the language of the page it was sent from, Hebrew or English, so that we reply in the same language, and the spreadsheet row carries the time your enquiry arrived and whether the email delivery succeeded. The enquiry additionally measures how long passed between it appearing and being submitted, and carries a hidden field that is meant to stay empty. Both of these are used only to filter out automated submissions, and neither is stored — not in the mail that reaches us and not in the spreadsheet.
Beyond the enquiry itself, a request to our servers — and in particular sending one, which is handled by a service running on Google Cloud — produces ordinary request logs, which include the IP address the request came from. We have set no retention period of our own for them, so they are kept for Google Cloud's default period and deleted at the end of it. The content of the message you wrote is not written to those logs.
Apart from the room creator, described under its own heading below, we collect nothing else. There is no analytics on this site, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no tracking of how you move between pages.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use contact details to answer the enquiry you started. For notebook submissions, we use the email address and notebook contents to send your requested summary and handle delivery issues. We keep an internal record of the submission, and our team follows up about your planning, only if you select the optional checkbox beside the send button. If you leave it unselected, your answers, name, email address and telephone number are not sent to our team and are not kept with the submission. Sending a notebook or requesting a planning follow-up does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other advertising.
The basis for collecting this information is your voluntary, informed request. We make no other marketing use of it, and we pass it to nobody beyond what is set out below.
Where the information goes
An enquiry reaches two destinations, at two outside services:
- Resend — an email delivery service, which passes the enquiry to our mailboxes and, for notebook requests, sends a separate summary to the email address you provide.
- Google Sheets — a single row in a private spreadsheet, kept as a backup so that an enquiry is not lost if the mail delivery fails.
The site itself, and the service that receives an enquiry, are hosted at Google Cloud.
Resend and Google both operate outside Israel, so the information you send us is transferred outside Israel and held on their servers.
The enquiry is mailed to two mailboxes belonging to people at the company. The spreadsheet is private and not open to the public.
Notebook requests reach these same company mailboxes and private spreadsheet only when you select that optional checkbox. Without it, the spreadsheet receives a single dated line recording that a notebook was sent and whether delivery succeeded — no name, email address, telephone number, project name or answers. We keep that line so we can tell whether a document we promised you actually went out. The visitor email is separate from the internal notification. If you forward your summary to someone else, you choose who receives that copy.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and submitted notebook details for up to 24 months from our last communication, to handle your request, delivery issues, and any planning follow-up you requested. After this period, details are deleted or anonymized, unless an active business relationship or legal obligation requires keeping them longer. A notebook sent without the optional checkbox leaves no such details to retain — only the anonymous delivery line described above.
If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will do so within 30 days of receiving the request, from the mailboxes and from the spreadsheet alike. Send the request to info@3walls.org.
Room creator: email me this game
In the immersive room, you can describe a game and have an AI model build it. What you type is sent to Google's Gemini model, which writes the game. The game — its title, description, code and pictures (a background painting and its characters) — is then stored on Google Cloud for 30 days, so that its link keeps working. Anyone who has the link can open the game, so please do not include personal information in your description. To limit how many games each visitor can create in a week, we keep a one-way coded form (a hash) of your IP address, not the address itself, and it is deleted automatically about eight days after the last request.
If you choose to email the game to yourself, we record:
- your email address;
- the language of the page, Hebrew or English, so that the email is in the same language;
- your consent to receive the game by email and to our keeping your address — this box is required;
- the game's identifier and the time of the request.
We use these details to send you the link to your game.
The email is sent through Resend, and a record with the details above is kept in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet belonging to the company. The email itself carries only the link to the game and fixed text; nothing you typed in the creator is included in it. Emailing the game also keeps a copy of it on Google Cloud for 12 months from the last time it was emailed, so that the link keeps working for that long.
To limit how many emails a single address can receive, we keep a one-way coded form of the address, not the address itself, and it is deleted automatically a few days after the last request. Our service logs record the game's identifier and the page's language, but never your email address. As with an enquiry, Resend and Google hold this information outside Israel.
How long we keep it: we keep the record in the spreadsheet for up to 24 months from our last communication, on the same terms as the enquiry details described under "How long we keep it" above; after that it is deleted or anonymized. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so within 30 days of receiving your request; send the request to info@3walls.org. The game itself is deleted automatically at the end of the periods above.
Your rights
- Access — to ask what information about you we hold.
- Correction — to ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion — to ask us to delete the information, as set out above.
Any such request goes to info@3walls.org. We reply to every request, including when the answer is that we hold nothing about you.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel, and so it also has no cookie-consent banner.
It does store functional preference values in your browser, whose only job is to remember a choice you made — for example:
- 3walls:text-version — whether you chose to view the site's text version.
- 3walls:banner-dismissed — whether you dismissed the offer to switch language.
These values stay on your device, are never sent to our server, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
The planning notebook also saves its draft in session storage for the current browser tab, under a key starting with `3walls:planning-notebook:v2:` followed by the language code. Editing or restoring a draft does not send the notebook to us. Its contents are transmitted only when you explicitly click the send-summary button with your email address. Closing the tab normally clears this draft; browser session-restoration features may restore it. Save a copy before closing the tab.
The follow-up choice offered next to the send button is not saved in your browser between page loads.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and a request arriving unencrypted is redirected automatically to the encrypted one — so what you send us is encrypted in transit. Internal lead emails are plain text and, for a planning notebook, carry the same PDF attachment as the visitor’s email. Visitor notebook emails include a formatted summary and a plain-text alternative; entered text is escaped so it cannot become active HTML. The spreadsheet is private. Notebook contents and enquiry messages are not written to our server logs.
No measure is complete. If what you have to tell us is particularly sensitive, it is better to phone than to write it out here.
